You can submit information for media releases concerning campus news, activities and announcements to the Office of Public Affiairs. Submissions should be sent 10 working days in advance of any dated event whenever possible.

Submit an Event
You can submit notices of upcoming events or announcements of interest to the Cal State East Bay community through an online form.

Events publicized in The View must pertain to university programs or those sponsored by related foundations and auxiliary organizations. Publication of submitted material is not guaranteed.

Your information must be submitted by Wednesday 5 p.m. before the week your event begins. For example, to submit information for an event that takes place Oct. 15 and 16, 2005, your information must be received by Oct. 5.

We are not responsible for information that is incorrectly posted or that is not received by the deadline.

Please note: Your posting will appear on The View site and the University News and Events site. You must still submit your information to the University Calendar if you wish it to appear there.
