Women's Water Polo Team Captures National Title The Pioneers defeat Cal Lutheran University 7-6 in four overtimes to win Collegiate III National Championship in tournament hosted by Connecticut College.  It is CSUEB's first sports national championship since the 1988 women's soccer team.   Athletic Teams to Move Up to Div. Cal State East Bay women's volleyball player Jackie Randolph was named recipient of the Association of Division III Independents Female Student-Athlete of the Month award for November.   VB Player Lauren Massa D3 'Athlete of Month' Lauren Massa, freshman libero for Cal State East Bay's women's volleyball team, was named "Female Student Athlete of the Month" for October by the Association of Division III Independents.
